Bob Cooper
LEAD PASTOR
During a difficult period in Bob’s life, he cried out to God and prayed on August 12, 1990 to be adopted into a forever family…He desired purpose and direction while experiencing a void in his life that only God could fill through the sacrificial love and faithfulness of Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior.
After 15 years as a start-up business owner and serving as an elder and eventual church board member at Calvary PSL, Bob accepted a call into vocational ministry in 2010. His wife, Brenda by his side as a born again believer and helpmate, Bob held a director position in student ministry at Calvary. Ordained in January 2012, Bob accepted an associate pastor position at Calvary in care ministry accompanied by various leadership roles while pursuing his passion in biblical counseling at Calvary Chapel University.
Bob is particularly passionate about discipleship…Believers are commanded to, “make disciples” the way Jesus did: small but impactful life-on-life transformational discipleship. He purposes to cultivate relationships and enjoys spending time with family and friends. Alongside Bob, Brenda loves serving, loving and gathering the saints for fun, fellowship and building community. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale.
Bob & Brenda are blessed with a daughter, Rachael who loves Jesus and serving others. Rachael has received her bachelor's degree in elementary education and currently teaches third graders at a local private school.
Bob’s personal life objective comes from a command from Jesus: “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind…And…You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” Matthew 22:37-39

Roger Bayless
CARE PASTOR
Roger was raised in a loving, Christian family and accepted Jesus as Lord and Savior at age 14. His calling to ministry began at age 20 while being trained as a missionary and then graduating from T.S.C. in Texas. Daily bible classes, worship and street witnessing in the U.S. would eventually lead him across the globe in the mission field of New Zealand, Australia, North Africa and countries in Europe. He gives glory to God for always guiding and supplying whatever needs would arise while traveling for 6 years. He witnessed the power of Jesus Christ while experiencing various cultures and languages.
Returning to California, Roger accepted a staff position in worship ministry at Calvary Chapel Saddleback and has served in worship leadership for 15 years. There he met Jenny, who after 40 years of wedding bliss, continues to be a tremendous helpmate to Roger in caring, loving and serving the church body.
Ordained as an associate pastor in California, Roger held various ministry roles in addition to starting a 3-year School of Ministry and his eldership position at Calvary PSL. He loves to teach the bible, spend time in fellowship and enjoys playing his guitars. Roger and Jenny look forward to caring for the flock at Calvary Community Church.
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.” Proverbs 3:5-6

Ashley Salvatore
WORSHIP
Ashley grew up in North Florida and even at an early age she sowed her passion into music, vocals and performing at various events. At 13 years old, she accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior.
While away at college, Ashley met and eventually married her husband, Joseph in 2005. Joseph enjoys children’s ministry teaching. God has blessed them with 4 precious children, two of which are twins.
In 2011, during her regular attendance at church, Ashley fully surrendered to Jesus and began to steward her gifts in worship ministry. Her passion in worship has cultivated leadership skills and a desire to use her love of singing to glorify the Lord and encourage God’s people to do what they were created to do. Since then she has been faithfully serving the Lord in various worship ministry roles. Ashley has accepted the call of God to pursue worship leadership full time and will soon complete her Bachelor of Science degree in worship studies. Joseph and Ashley are excited to do life together with the Calvary family and Jensen Beach community.
“I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth. My soul will make its boast in the Lord; The humble will hear it and rejoice. O magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt His name together.” Psalm 34:1-3
